What's the role? Based out of our Sydney office as a Query Operator, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the effective management of various query channels by monitoring and maintaining an up-to-date record of job notes, including job changes and history, client requests, and query responses and messages.
You will liaise across various internal departments as well as with drivers when resolving queries.
As part of the role, you will also be responsible for providing assistance to dispatch by monitoring dispatch channels and allocating jobs to drivers in a manner that is efficient and cost-effective.
