About the Role
As the Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations while implementing strategic initiatives to optimise logistics and freight processes.
You'll enjoy autonomy, decision-making authority, and the chance to set the benchmark for operational excellence in this new facility.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and mentoring a small, motivated team to achieve outstanding results.Using your CargoWise expertise to streamline freight and logistics activities.Maintaining accurate inventory control through stock management, cycle counts, and reporting.Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service.Driving innovation and continuous improvement in warehouse processes.Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency in the facility. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, and freight operations.Advanced CargoWise expertise (essential).Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and unite your team.A strategic, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.The ability to work independently and make impactful decisions.
