What's on offer In addition to receiving a $56k base salary and superannuation, you'll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
You will also receive a 25% discount at all Uniting Op Shops and a 10% gap discount on childcare services with Uniting Early Learning.
Uniting also offers up to 10 weeks of paid parental leave .
About you To succeed in this role, you will have experience managing a warehouse and knowledge of the Charity Retail industry and the circular economy.
You will work with a team of hard-working and passionate people and utilise your people management skills to manage, inspire, motivate and mentor the Warehouse team and volunteers.
The ability to operate material handling equipment is essential.
You will be a team player and a hands-on Manager.
You will manage and perform the daily operations of the Warehouse and daily logistics.
You will be highly organised, pay attention to detail, and have computer skills, particularly in Outlook, basic Excel, and Warehouse ordering systems.
Training on in-house programs will be provided.
