Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within the approved scope, timeframes, and resources.Ensure projects adhere to the adopted project management framework, including regular status reporting and maintaining risk and issue logs.Liaise with and provide guidance to all stakeholders (staff, agencies, consultants, user groups, etc.)
on project-specific matters.Coordinate release cutover activities, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined, scheduled, and assigned to appropriate team members.Adhere to ITIL best practices and processes in line with the Council's IT Service Management (ITSM) requirements.Document, track, and update project deliverables, including test results and solution recommendations.About you:We're looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in our ERP program team.
You'll bring both experience and passion in the field of project management, coupled with a proactive mindset towards achieving high-quality business solution outcomes to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
