Our rapidly growing organisation is looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to join our Commercial Sales team. The role will ideally suit someone who has a successful track record in technical product sales and has been integral in continuing to drive sales growth in the Commercial market.
What does the role entail? Increase sales and market share of the Commercial business through operationalising business development initiatives.Assist in the implementation of sales strategy for highly technical product.Build and maintain strong customer-focused relationships within the industry.Develop and maintain the sales of Commercial Hot Water systems by managing our existing trade accounts and building new account opportunities through plumbers, builders, developers and hydraulic designers.Provide technical support to external trade customers and internal account managers.Play a key role by increasing awareness of the Rinnai Commercial brand within the market.Who are we looking for? Successful background developing business, preferably with products of a technical nature.Qualifications and/or experience in hydraulics or mechanical field.Experience within the construction, plumbing or HVAC industries.The ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer care.Technically minded with strong analytical capability.What's in it for you?
