Your main goal is to cultivate the perfect Varsity employee by ensuring adherence to procedures and providing training support.ResponsibilitiesStaff Training and Operational Excellence:Whip our team into shape through engaging training and team-building activities that bring out the best in everyone.
Show them that mixing cocktails and having a blast go hand in hand.
Take charge of shifts like a superhero, overseeing staff breaks, clock on/off procedures, and role assignments with unwavering precision.Communication Guru:Display your mastery of communication arts by effortlessly navigating through platforms like SLACK, BEPOZ, Teams, and more.
Keeping the team connected and entertained is your superpower.
Fearlessly handle RSA auditors and authorities, ensuring compliance with responsible service of alcohol.Venue Atmosphere Aficionado:Create an atmosphere that exudes fun, cleanliness, and maintenance.
