As Chief of Staff, you'll work alongside the Founders to streamline operations, foster cross-functional alignment, and enable rapid growth in a mission-driven organisation.

What Will Your Journey Look Like?
Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency and align teams across the company.
Hire and support key Operations staff, ensuring a smooth handover to dedicated leadership.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor company performance and enable data-driven decisions.
Oversee the transition of Operations to ensure it supports long-term growth.
Work with the Founders and Partnerships team to refine go-to-market strategies, improve processes, and set clear goals.
Collaborate with Product leaders to streamline workflows, remove obstacles, and launch key features faster.
Partner with the Talent team to hire top candidates, enhance onboarding, and build a high-performing culture.
Prepare investor materials, manage due diligence, and coordinate communications during fundraising efforts.
Ensure funding is deployed effectively, aligning with priorities and supporting company growth.
What Do You Bring to the Table?
6–8+ years of experience in strategic or operational roles, particularly within fast-growing, venture-backed startups.
Prior roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy Lead, or Business Operations Lead are highly valued.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams and processes during rapid growth and through multiple funding stages.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex challenges, set priorities, and achieve tangible results.
Excels in high-pressure, fast-paced settings, with a focus on driving impactful outcomes and a pragmatic 80/20 approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Passionate about creating meaningful change through innovation and driving transformative solutions.
