Key Points

70/30 split between classroom training and professional development
We deliver our training with a focus on hands-on, practical learning experiences, equipping students with the confidence to take action and 'have a go'
Family orientated workplace with 5.5 weeks of annual leave per year, including 4 days of leave for family-related events
Centrally located in Osborne Park with free onsite parking
Opportunity to combine industry knowledge with a paid qualification in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

About the Role
This role offers the chance to earn while you learn, gaining invaluable training and assessment experience.
You will be mentored by training specialists from a range of industries including first aid, fire safety, and construction.
We provide a fully funded Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, to be completed over a 6-month period.
Upon completion, the successful candidate will transition to become a Training Specialist.
What does that look like on a day-to-day basis?
Observe and participate in courses as a student
Complete online and/or face-to-face components of the CERT IV in Training and Assessment
Teach elements of a course under the supervision of the training team
Check, service and maintain teaching resources
Regular working hours from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

About You
You are known for your strong communication skills and your ability to work with a diverse range of people.
You are driven by your customer service approach.
While you may have clinical or industry experience in sectors such as Airline, Construction, or Healthcare, it is your passion for teaching and empowering others that sets you apart.
You are looking for a role that is both challenging and rewarding, with the opportunity to work with a dedicated and experienced team that is passionate about what they do.
Work-Life Balance
We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
That's why we offer regular working hours from 7am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, and 5.5 weeks of annual leave, inclusive of 4 days for family-related events.
