About the Role : Exciting opportunity for an afternoon shift machine operator at Arnott's Marleston.
This is a perfect role for someone who has the competency to operate machinery in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Be a part of a biscuit manufacturing production line creating some of Arnott's favourite products through mixing, forming, baking, and packaging processes.
If you thrive on challenges and can provide practical solutions to complex problems, this role is for you.

What your day looks like : Work autonomously and as a team member to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria.Set up, changeovers, operating, and troubleshooting of equipment within Arnott's OH&S, Quality, and Performance Standards.Perform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP, and HACCP standards.The Ingredients for Success : Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role :
Previous automated machine operating experience working in a food manufacturing environment is highly regarded though not essential.
