Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator with experience in wood manufacturing to operate CNC machinery and produce accurate wood products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC operations, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for working with wood materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC machines (e.g., routers, mills, lathes) used for cutting, shaping, and engraving wood products.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machine setups and processing requirements.
Set up and adjust CNC machines to ensure the production of high-quality wood products.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with CNC equipment.
Ensure all safety procedures and regulations are followed during operations.
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:

Technical certification or degree in CNC machining or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in wood manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, tools, and software.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of wood types, grains, and finishes is a plus.
