Full time role - Rotating ShiftsGreat hourly rates with Overtime and Shift AllowancesGenuine growth and career development opportunitiesA great opportunity now exists for an experienced Press Machine Operator to join us working rotating shifts, day, afternoon and night shift. About the Role:This position is responsible for operating Capral Aluminium's machinery such as CNC routers and associated equipment, ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are achieved.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate machinery and use of hand tools in line with site Work Instructions / Safe Operating ProceduresEnsure product quality and productivity standards are maintained to achieve customer delivery targetsParticipate in training to become a multi-skilled team memberTake full accountability for personal safety and well-being, develop an understanding of risk minimisation and be committed to achieving the highest possible standards for Safety, Health and the Environment (SH&E)Work constructively with colleagues to build a supportive, positive culture with continuous improvementESSENTIAL:Understanding of safety principlesMaintain a high level of activity across all shiftsDemonstrated experience in working in a team environmentUnderstanding of quality principlesComputer literacyDESIRABLE:2 years previous experience with automated machineryAbility to identify and help resolve problemsForklift licenceApplicants must also be prepared to undertake and pass a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
