Then we would like to hear from youAbout the role:Due to internal progression, NHP Brisbane's Customer Service team are seeking a bright and personable Customer Service Consultant to join our team.
This role is integral in building relationships with customers and providing first-class support.
Please note – this is not a call centre role. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for the following tasks: Deliver exceptional customer service to our commercial clientsManage inbound inquiries through our Omni Channel platform, including orders, returns, queries, services & general itemsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomesEnsure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and meet team KPI'sMaintain accurate records & documents related to customer activityContribute to continuous improvement initiativesFor you to be successful in this role, you will need:NHP is a supportive and cohesive team, so finding the right fit for our company is paramount.
