Senior Financial Accountant – Join a Leading OrganisationHunter Manning is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant ready to step into a challenging role that lets you drive financial excellence and shape the future of a thriving organisation. In this senior-level position, you will play a key part in enhancing financial controls, overseeing audits, and managing key financial processes that impact the overall sustainability and performance of the business.
This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to apply your technical expertise and accounting knowledge in a role that will reward you and provide ample opportunity for career development.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the manager with the annual audit and preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and integrity.Give advice on capital decisions, lease accounting, working capital management, and M&A activities.Act as a subject matter expert on accounting policies and standards.Prepare balance sheet and cash flow forecasts, budgets, and reports.Oversee month-end processes, including journal preparation and key reconciliations.Ensure proper classification and accounting of fixed assets.Drive improvements in financial controls, policies, and reporting.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.About You:CPA or CA qualified with at least 4 years' experience.Audit experience from big 4 is desirable.Technical knowledge and strong understanding of IFRS and complex accounting issues.Excellent verbal and written communication.High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.Collaborative, team player with a focus on continuous improvement.Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Career growth.If you're ready to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation and take your career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.To apply for this role, please submit your resume in word format by clicking the apply now button, or alternatively reach out to
