Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team.
This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their financial statements, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management regarding financial performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering professional development.Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Support the Finance Manager to complete the annual audit and financial statements.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial accounting or auditing.Strong knowledge of financial regulations.Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.What We Offer: Competitive salary and bonus package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.How to Apply: If you are a driven financial professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you
