We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to become part of a team of professionals that support people living within the community with mental health issues.

Where you'll be working The team is situated at Pennant Hills Community Health Centre and provides assertive follow up in the community.
What you'll be doing The Mental Health clinician is responsible for providing evidence-based, strengths focused, recovery orientated assessment and treatment within a multi-disciplinary team and coordinating consumers' recovery plans.
The role is also responsible for non-clinical tasks including participation in quality improvement activities, clinical supervision and participation in administrative responsibilities as required.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Qualification recognised for registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia and demonstrated experience as an Occupational Therapist Level 2 or above.
Proven extensive clinical experience in community mental health services and evidence of effective planning, implementation and evaluation, and care coordinating complex mental health consumers.
Proven experience in evidence of writing NDIS reports, mental health review tribunal reports, effective care planning, implementation and evaluation of consumer goals, and effective liaison with community managed organisations.
Holds a current NSW Drivers Licence.
