About the role
As a Project Manager at al.ive body, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development and implementation of new product innovations.
Reporting directly to the Head of Research and Development, this full-time position will see you managing complex projects from ideation to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This position will be responsible for the areas of:
Project coordination & management Special Projects Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines for all NPD initiatives, ensuring that deadlines are met, and milestones are achieved on schedule.
Lead cross-functional teams to conceive, plan and execute research and development projects Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies to keep projects on track Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into actionable plans Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting key milestones and KPIs Drive continuous improvement by reviewing project performance and identifying lessons learned Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, project management or a related field 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably within a R&D environment Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively Analytical mindset with expertise in project planning, risk management and issue resolution Proficient in project management software (e.g.
Smartsheets, Monday.com, Asana, Microsoft Project) What we offer
