By establishing firm and loyal grassroots relationships with local, national and international partners, we are able to access some of the most hard-to-reach places at the most vulnerable of times.Role and Responsibilities• Building and managing strong relationships with key donors and stakeholders.• Support and contribute to Orphans Sponsorship programs and events, provide essential high-standard administrative support and liaise with donors, supporters and stakeholders.• Ensuring the CRM database is kept up to date with accurate donor information and processing and receipting of all fundraising transactions in a timely and efficient manner.• Reconciliations and receipting/processing of Gifts• Coordination and implementation of communications with donors• Liaise with fundraisers from enquiry to completion, providing resources and supporting campaign progress and recognising results.• Other Adhoc duties as requested by the departmental Managers/Director in the interest of HAA's objectivesWhat you'll need to succeed• Significant demonstrated experience and success in program coordinating and event management (essential), preferably in the not-for-profit sector (desirable)• Ability to perform a high volume of outbound supporter calls• Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills and can build rapport easily• Confident, enthusiastic and resilient.• Strong project management skills, including the proven ability to proactively meet deadlines and manage competing priorities• High-level communication skills, both written and verbal• Experience working with CRMs• Be a team player with the ability to collaborateKey benefits:• Career development - Ample opportunities for career progression from this role• Professional development - Ongoing training will be provided to help you succeed• Great culture - Enjoy working within a friendly team with regular social events.• A competitive remuneration package with the ability to salary package up to $15,900.
