Japanese-Speaking Assistant Administrator

Japanese-Speaking Assistant Administrator This global organization, with branches in major cities worldwide, is seeking an Administrator to join their growing team.
As this is a newly created role, you will work closely with the Senior Administrator to provide support.
This is a full-time position requiring unlimited work rights and proficiency in Japanese language skills .

Sydney CBD Hybrid Working arrangement General Affairs Information management Coordination and contracts with external service providers Renewal of various insurance policies Handling and distribution of mail Management of work and emergency mobile phones Inspection of hazardous equipment Travel arrangements for group company visitors Secretarial support for branch managers: Procurement, replenishment, and inventory management of consumables Miscellaneous administrative tasks Human Resources Assist recruitment activities Sponsorship renewals and visa applications Employee welfare and health check coordination Training arrangements Pension-related procedures Maintaining relationships with external service providers Office Management Management and inspection of fixed assets Contract management for office properties (e.g., lease agreements, repairs) Security and key management Other Setting up PCs for new employees Liaising with external IT providers and confirming software updates Updating policies and procedures (P&P) Requirements Experience in administration Basic PC skills Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English with employees and external clients No working holiday or Student will be accepted.
