Mandarin-Speaking Junior Accounting Administrator

We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking junior Accounting Administrator to join a growing team in an international company based in Western Sydney .

Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for a range of accounting and administrative duties, including AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), general accounting tasks, monthly reporting, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track company performance.
Assist in preparing and providing necessary documentation for financial audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Reconcile and adjust bank statements to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
Issue invoices and manage customer account payments to ensure smooth cash flow operations.
Handle cash and cheque transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) by overseeing invoicing, payment processing, and ensuring timely reconciliation of all accounts.
Assist weekly AR reports to provide insights into outstanding balances and payment trends.
Who We're Looking For: Visa Requirements: This position is open only to candidates holding Permanent Residency (PR), a Partner Visa, or Australian Citizenship.
Qualifications: A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin (native level), with professional English communication skills.
Attributes: You should be highly motivated, have a strong interest in accounting, be detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
