Japanese-Speaking Funding Operation/ Loan Administrator

JAPANESE-SPEAKING FUNDING OPERATION/ LOAN ADMINISTRATOR This global organization is seeking a Japanese-Speaking Funding Operator/Loan Administrator to join their growing team.
As this is a newly created role, you will work closely with the Loan Admin Team as well as taking care of funding from Head office.

Banking, Finace or Accounting background is required.
Develop valuable expertise in Project Finance Hybrid work environment Training will be provided Start around March 2025 Sydney CBD Responsibilities: Under the direction of Senior Manager, play a leading role in the department with providing operational expertise in the areas of the Project and Asset Finance loan related trading.
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of documents and data and execution of transactions.
Assist in managing and developing members of the department.

Loan Administration & Loan Execution - Play a leading role in the Operations department for general loan administration and execution under the authority of the Senior Manager.
- Collaborate with other departments to exercise accurate and efficient loan administration.

Remittance - Prepare and execute remittances under the authority of the Senior Manager.
3.
Cash flow management (Funding from the parent company) - Involve in managing and monitoring the cash flow trends for each currency handled in the company by collaborating with middle office team.
- Prepare a report on cash flow management to be reported to Senior Management and middle office team.
- Prepare a draft regarding management of surplus funds.
- Contact the banks where the company has deposits and proceed with the practical preparations for cash management.

Middle Operations - Play a leading role in the Operations department for monthly and quarterly reporting to the regulatory authorities, the parent company and other parties concerned under the authority of the Senior Manager.
- Support the Senior Manager for internal / external audits and regulatory inspections.
5.
AML/Compliance - Arrange AML/CTF and other compliance related documents under the supervision of the compliance officer.
6.
Team Management and Admin - Assist the Senior Manager to supervise the members of the Operations department.
- Support and backup other members of the company - Make original drafts of the procedures and manuals.
- Support the Senior Manager to improve productivity of the Operations department.
- Add-hoc duties Background and Skill Banking, Finace or Accounting background Good at numbers Japanese language speaker This is a full-time position requiring unlimited work rights and proficiency in Japanese language skills .
