Japanese-Speaking Procurement Officer

Japanese-Speaking Procurement Officer Full time position Hybrid working environment Sydney CBD This company offers comprehensive IT and telecommunications solutions to support businesses' global operations.
The company specializes in services like cloud computing, security, networking, and IoT, with a focus on digital transformation, IT governance, and smart office solutions.
You will be engage in procurement with local venders such as Telstra.
Graduate visa holder is also encouraged to apply [Key Responsibilities] Manage supplier relationships and handle the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Order (RPO) processes Build good relationships with the distributors Track and manage the lead time and delivery status Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations [Required Skills and Experiences] Japanese language skill Minimum 2-year office work experience To build a good relationship with the vendors/suppliers/partners Strong self-motivation, self-direction and proactive approach Strong verbal and written communication abilities Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently Natural curiosity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Visa holder with no work restrictions in Australia (more than 2-year validity) ICT /software/hardware industry experience and knowledge highly desirable, but not essential At HOBAN we encourage applications from people with disability, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people of all genders, LGBTI people, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
