Your impact and contribution As the Crew Lead for Digital 2.0, you will be a product strategist, digital thought leader, methodical experimenter, and a senior leader who is driven by a desire to create exceptional digital experiences.
You'll use the latest technology to build digital experiences and features that determine how millions of people access, understand, manage, and invest their money all while strengthening their relationship with CommBank.
Drawing from your strong digital delivery experience, you're constantly pushing the boundaries to help deliver outcomes that fundamentally shift the customer experience and unlock more value.
Your passion for outstanding user experience and ability to solve complex problems is key to developing high-quality solutions.

Proven expertise designing, developing, and delivering at scale digital experiences, leveraging the best practices for creating outstanding customer and commercial outcomes.Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders and teams to deliver your product vision, navigating competing interests and balancing the needs of customers, the business, and technical teams.A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making with exceptional communication skills.A track record building, leading, and mentoring high-performing digital teams who lead by example, seeing through complexity to drive simpler and better customer experiences.Previous experience working in an agile test and learn environment in a leadership role.
