The Company Established in 2020, Zenobia Capital operates under an Australian Financial Services Licence and specialises in first-ranking senior secured lending.
All of their lending is asset-backed with monthly cash distributions.
They offer investors an exceptional risk-adjusted double-digit return.
With a strong track record and big goals for growth, over the next two years, they are focused on significant scaling while delivering exceptional value for wholesale investors through clear and unique strategy, backed by solid execution.
The Role As Head of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Zenobia's growth and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the executive team, you will: Drive operational efficiency: Lead and optimise workflows to ensure scalability and productivity. Lead the team: Build and nurture a high-performing, collaborative team culture that thrives on accountability. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with legal, compliance, operations, and senior leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals, fostering seamless execution and maintaining regulatory and operational excellence. Ensure compliance: Oversee risk management and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks. Execute growth: Actively manage investor relationships, streamline processes, and convert a robust sales pipeline into investments. Transition to leadership: Position yourself to evolve into the Managing Director role within 12 months, with potential equity incentives. About You You are a driven, hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and a proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Your qualifications and experience include: A degree in business, finance, or a related field. Extensive experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement. Familiarity with asset-backed lending, financial services, or investment operations (highly desirable). Your strengths and attributes include: Ownership mindset: You take initiative, thrive on accountability, and ensure tasks are executed with excellence. Versatility: You're comfortable wearing many hats and managing diverse responsibilities across operations, fundraising, and team development.
