The Opportunity As our business continues to grow, Black Cat Civil has an exciting role for a motivated Administrator to join our newly renovated Darwin Office, based in Berrimah.
The successful candidate will work directly with our Fleet team, providing a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn about our fleet of earthmoving equipment, trucks, trailers, and utes.
The role will also provide office administration support.
Key responsibilities of the position include: Interpreting and entering fitter timesheetsOpening and closing work orders in our Fleet Management programAd-hoc administration support for other divisionsHigh level communication skillsDesired skills & experience This opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic candidate that enjoys administration and data entry whilst working in a dynamic team environmentMinimum 1 year administration experience.
Any experience in the civil earthmoving, mining, or transport industries is highly regardedCompetent word and excel skillsPositive attitude, team player, willingness to complete any task to a high standardWillingness to learnPerks of the position: Option for Fulltime (5 day week) or Permanent Part-time (4 day week)On the job trainingTraining and career development opportunitiesWhat we're looking for The successful applicant will have: Positive demeanor, reliable, and willing to do more than what's in the job descriptionRelevant experience or an absolute determination to learn about the industryDarwin residentOur Culture Black Cat Civil is a tight-knit team, led by our 2 owners Jai and Brendan.
