The RoleExciting opportunity for an Aged Care Quality Coordinator to join a successful team at a large Residential Aged Care Facility in the Bundaberg region, QLD.
You'll work closely with the Facility Manager and have support from the Quality Manager to ensure the facility is providing excellence in aged care standards.Responsibilities include Collaborate with key stakeholders to uphold and enhance quality throughout the organisationSupport quality and clinical activitiesQuality audits, create, implement, and assess continuous improvement processesParticipate in investigations and support prompt conflict resolutionOffer support to managers and staff on quality-related policies and proceduresKey Candidate RequirementsTertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA RegistrationAt least five (5) years of experience as a Registered Nurse.Current drivers licenceStrong knowledge of/experience with the Aged Care accreditation processDemonstrated experience with aged care quality systems and in continuous improvement and auditingStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged carePrevious experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar roleCandidate Skills & AttributesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesYou're a proactive, solutions-driven thinker with a passion for clinical excellenceGenuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderlyBenefitsFlexible working arrangementsFull Time or Part TimeSupportive organisationSalary packaging + penalties + BONUSRelocation assistance availableProfessional development financial supportRecognition and rewards program & employee discountsIf this sounds like you, email Candice at ****** or click "Apply Now".
