We are looking for a Senior Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our Digital Experience team and work across our digital squads to optimise our digital sales and service journeys.
About the role Optimise AAL digital sales and service experiences to drive the achievement of revenue targets and self-serve channel shift.
Identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities through diagnosis and exploration of customer problems, identifying friction/high dropouts and points of customer dissatisfaction.
Collaborate with UX team members to prototype, wireframe and design user interfaces for testing and implementation.
Utilise Adobe Target to build, test and publish experiences, utilising basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript as required.
Utilise Adobe Analytics and supporting analysis tools to identify opportunities and measure effectiveness of tests.
About you Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar.
Demonstrated understanding of conversion rate optimisation methodologies and a high level of learning agility to adapt and respond to new changes and requirements in line with industry advancements.
Experience in digital optimisation opportunity identification, prioritisation, test delivery and measurement.
Experience in online customer experience, usability trends and information design.
Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.
Experience in design thinking and customer journey mapping.
Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with complex A/B Test setup using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics or similar tools, including knowledge in implementation and solutioning using JavaScript.
