Practice Manager

As the Practice Manager of our natural therapies clinic, Polln, you will oversee smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and seamless collaboration across our team of doctors, pharmacy, and fulfilment staff.
Your role will include developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patients, managing resource allocation, and driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and support growth of our virtual clinic.
Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end operations of Nectar's digital health clinic, Polln, ensuring efficient and streamlined processes for patient scheduling, virtual consultations, and follow-up care and products.Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff and patient care teams to ensure adequate staffing levels, resource allocation, and smooth clinic workflows.Develop and implement standard operating procedures, policies, and protocols to maintain consistency and quality across all clinic operations.Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex issues with a proactive and positive approach.Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.Analyse clinic performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a Practice Management or Operations role in the healthcare industry.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.Strong understanding of medical practice operations, including patient management and staff management.Strong multitasking abilities, with a knack for balancing competing priorities while fostering a harmonious work environment.Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.A firm belief in the benefits of medicinal cannabis and a talent for implementing effective process improvements.Why Nectar Brands?
