About the role Only About Kids OT is undergoing significant growth and we are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team on a part time basis. As our Practice Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic.
You will cultivate a workplace environment that nurtures and rewards the team, manages administration systems, oversees team workflows and contributes to the strategic growth of the business, whilst maintaining the highest level of service delivery to our clients and families.
Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, facilities and resources.Deliver exceptional customer service, oversee client onboarding, build strong relationships with clients, families and referrers, and maintain accurate records.Address client feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.Develop and implement policies, procedures, workflows and strategies to optimise overall team and clinic performance.Lead and manage a team of OTs and administrative staff, while fostering a positive team culture.Support HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.Oversee financial operations, including invoicing, budgeting, reporting and accounting tasks.Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including AHPRA, Medicare, NDIS requirements and health and safety standards.Collaborate on business development initiatives and strategic planning.About You Proven experience in practice or business management, preferably in healthcare or allied health.Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, families, staff and stakeholders.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and guide team members towards shared goals, while maintaining accountability and trust.Solutions-focused mindset, excellent attention to detail and thrives on improving systems and workflows.Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and resource management.Knowledgeable of healthcare systems and allied health practices.Strong understanding of accreditation, compliance and relevant regulatory requirements (Medicare, NDIS, health and safety).Empathetic and emotionally intelligent, supporting team morale and client satisfaction.Proficient in using practice management software and other relevant technology.Loves being part of a growing team that makes a positive impact on children's lives.Holds a current Working with Children's Check (WWC) and a current First Aid Certificate (CPR).Preferred Skills & Experience Previous experience in a healthcare or allied health practice management role.Knowledge of NDIS frameworks and funding systems.Proficiency in practice management software and digital tools.How to Apply If you wish to join our wonderful team, please forward your cover letter (outlining why you'd be a great fit for the position) and CV to:
