Over the past year, our growth has far exceeded expectations, driven by our commitment to excellence and a focus on complex treatments such as implants, All-on-4, and orthodontics.
We pride ourselves on fostering a friendly and enjoyable work culture while delivering top-tier care to our patients.
We are now looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead our rapidly expanding team and help us continue to grow while maintaining a strong focus on balance and staff well-being.
The Role:As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Azure Dental.
You'll lead our team, manage complex treatment plans, and contribute to the ongoing development of our practice.

Your responsibilities will include: Leadership & Team Management:• Lead, inspire, and support our team in achieving high standards of patient care and teamwork.• Facilitate staff meetings and manage communication within the team.Human Resources:• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.• Manage performance appraisals and ensure professional development opportunities are available.• Promote work-life balance and a positive workplace culture.Operational Management:• Coordinate treatment plans for complex cases.• Maintain and improve clinical and operational standards.• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and protocols.Patient Experience:• Act as a treatment coordinator where necessary, guiding patients through their treatment journeys.• Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.Financial Oversight:• Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and financial planning.• Collaborate on strategies for growth and sustainability.What We Offer:• A supportive and friendly team environment.• A practice committed to staff well-being and work-life balance.• Competitive pay starting at $42 per hour, negotiable based on experience.• Flexible working arrangements, with a minimum of 3 days per week.• Opportunities for professional development and growth within the role.
About You:We're looking for a motivated and proactive individual with the following attributes:• Proven experience in practice management, dental or healthcare preferred.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Experience in coordinating complex treatment plans is highly regarded.• A commitment to maintaining a positive workplace culture.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
