You have definitely come across their productsJob DescriptionAs Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and implementation of a quality management programme from quality assurance to control.This could look like:Establishing and defining product quality standardsDeveloping quality processes and proceduresWorking closely with suppliers to ensure quality of productContinuous improvement activitiesSetting up quality control and inspection processesWorking with and managing performance of 3rd party suppliersCoaching and leading the Quality team as it growsThe Successful ApplicantOur ideal candidate has previous experience setting up a quality system and processes. Alternatively, you should know what good looks like and be keen to take the next step in your career. You will also have:At least 5 years experience at a Quality Manager level, ideally in cosmetics, but we are open to candidates from the wellness/lifestyle FMCG or TGA listed medicinesStrong analytical skills and critical thinkingExcellent stakeholder management skillsIn-depth understanding of quality - AQL, root cause analysis, CAPA managementAbility to travel domestically and internationally as requiredHighly desirable is experience performing supplier audits and a qualification in chemistry/engineering or quality managementWhat's on OfferIn return, you will receive:Competitive salary package of $140-160k plus superOpportunity to own and develop the quality programmeWork with a rapidly growing business and the career opportunities that it offersWork with household name products
