Exploration & Subsurface Evaluation - Team Assistant

Our client is one of the world's leading clean, efficient and reliable natural gas companies, with a vision to help advance a lower carbon future and deliver world-class projects.As a result of continued growth in the business, they are seeking an exceptional Team Assistant to join one of their dynamic project teams in the Perth office.As a key member of the Projects team, you will provide support to the General Manager and project management team as required.Key Responsibilities: Document support including formatting, editing and streamlining.Provide administrative support for meetings, including reserving meeting rooms, resolving meeting room conflicts, assisting with planning and preparation of meeting materials.Process all international and domestic travel arrangements, raising RFT's for flights/hotels and tracking of the team's travel/leave arrangements.Assist with Company Directors signature process.Support the development, compilation and maintenance of the following dashboards: Permit Management, Prospect and Leads, Project Management.Work with finance on the development of Finance dashboards and regular management of and budget updates and report out.Key Skills and Experience Required: Excellent communication and organization skills.
Able to manage a large workload and break it down in manageable parts whilst maintaining overview of overall progress.Previous team assistant experience in an oil or gas exploration company would be well regarded.Power BI dashboarding experience, excellent analytical and Microsoft Office skills.Scheduling, planning and project management experience essential.Understanding of oil and gas activities, regulations would be a clear advantage.Why Join Us:If you are passionate about supporting project teams to ensure project timelines and schedules are met, as well as working within a collaborative team environment, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.Our client is committed to promoting fairness, equity, and diversity in its workplace.
