About the Contract Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities.
Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.
Ventia will provide service excellence across:

About the Role Reporting to the Maintenance Engineering Manager, this role will provide Electrical engineering expertise to the corrective, preventative, and reactive maintenance program.
As the RPEQ Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical advice to electrical assets across the Seqwater network.

Key Responsibilities Undertake Electrical engineering investigations, designs, and calculations.
Collaborate with planners/schedulers and internal teams to optimise efficiencies across the electrical asset lifecycle.
Provide technical advice to the Capital Works team on maintenance programs.
RPEQ supervision and sign-off responsibilities in accordance with Qld Legislation.
Prepare engineering reports and documentation.
About You Degree in Electrical Engineering.
RPEQ registration with the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Engineering experience on electrical assets such as HV, power instruments, control systems, etc.
Experience on large maintenance programs, water infrastructure (Advantageous).
