Job Description:
As the director of our offline training center, you will be in charge of leading and managing our academic training center.
Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services, including operations, teaching, and customer service.
You will also collaborate closely with relevant teams to fulfill the marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Enrollment and Marketing: Develop and implement enrollment strategies to attract exceptional students.
Collaborate with the marketing department to carry out effective marketing activities.
Academic Management: Supervise and coordinate curriculum development, textbook selection, teaching plans, and faculty training to ensure educational excellence.
Team Management: Recruit, develop, and motivate teams, fostering a positive team culture, promoting collaboration, and enhancing overall performance.
Student Relationship Management: Establish effective communication channels with students and their parents, addressing their concerns and needs, and providing a superior learning experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in managing and operating learning centers offering youth programs.
Excellent team management and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively guide and motivate team to achieve goals.
Strong focus on delivering outstanding student service experiences, coupled with exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain a positive mindset in the face of the unknown and uncertainty.
Proficient in English and Chinese
