Executive Support Officer

6 Month Fixed Term Contract About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Support Officer to manage key administrative functions for both the Senior Director and Delivery Director. With responsibilities ranging from inbox and calendar management to creating briefing packs for critical meetings, this role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our Senior Director is prepared for all meetings, requiring strong attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: Manage email inboxes and complex diary schedules for the Senior Director and Delivery Director.Prepare meeting requirements, including gathering information and creating packs for meetings.Facilitate effective communication and coordination across various business stakeholders at all levels.Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the utmost integrity.Ensure the Senior Director is organized and prepared for engagements, with a strong focus on priority management.Collaborate closely with a supportive team, including a Senior Project Officer, to ensure seamless operations.Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Support or similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.High attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proven capability to handle confidential information with discretion.Why Join Us?
