In this role, you will provide support to two Directors in this department.
Your duties will include:Manage and maintain executive support systems and office procedures, including:Research and the preparation of routine correspondence and actioning of emailsDiary managementOrganising travel arrangementsManagement of office equipment (e.g., repairs/replacements)Managing records retention and disposalOrganise meetings as required, including the preparation of agendas and taking of minutesLiaise on behalf of the Executive Director, with senior executives internal and external to the DepartmentSupport the coordination and preparation of correspondence and enquiries from ministerial and corporate entitiesCoordination and monitoring of reporting such as:Briefing NotesMinisterialBusiness Cases/SubmissionsBusiness PlanningHR ReportingYouThe successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced administrative position.
You will be able to demonstrate the following:Proven experience in an executive assistant or executive officer role is essentialHigh accuracy and high attention to detailHigh level of confidentialityProficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent communication skillsTo be considered for this position, please apply below with your CV and cover letter in Microsoft Word format.
