About the women's health serviceWe are a referral centre for women with complex gynaecological needs, chronic pelvic pain, issues related to menopause, pelvic floor and other urogynaecological problems.
The outpatient's service is pivotal to the patient's journey through the Women's hospital, setting first and lasting impressions for our women and creating exceptional experiences every day.
The outpatient department accommodates several specialist clinics such as gynaecology, abortion, contraception, urogynaecology, menopause, vulva/dermatology, menopause symptoms after cancer clinics, chronic pelvic pain clinic, and colonoscopy.
There are many specialty services within the Women's Health Clinics which require clinical coordination and a leader for improvement and change.
About the roleAs the Dysplasia Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the clinical and operational requirements and collaborative case management of clients attending the dysplasia service.
There is a component of direct clinical care by the Coordinator when required, to assist colposcopy and sample collection.
You'll also work collaboratively with the women's health outpatient multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes and ensure all guidelines are adhered to.
