Communications Manager

The Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of communication strategies that span both marketing and People Experience.
This role is critical in ensuring Nexon's messaging is consistent across all channels, enhancing brand reputation, employee engagement, and talent acquisition efforts.

If you're ready to be at the forefront of the digital revolution, Nexon is the place for you.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Communication Strategy:Develop and execute a cohesive communication strategy that supports both marketing and HR objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and values.Oversee the creation and dissemination of content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, internal portals, newsletters, and press releases.Marketing Communications:Manage the development and execution of external marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotional events, and brand awareness initiatives.Collaborate with various departments to enhance the visibility of their services and solutions through engaging blogs, comprehensive solution sheets, and detailed product sheets.
Additionally, support bid teams by crafting compelling boilerplates that effectively communicate our services, vision, and missionCollaborate with the marketing team to create content that resonates with target audiences, drives engagement, and promotes the company's offerings.Identify and report on market trends and audience insights to inform and refine marketing communication strategies.People Experience Communications:Lead internal communication efforts to support People Experience initiatives, including employee engagement programs, talent acquisition campaigns, and change management communications.Develop content that fosters a positive workplace culture, promotes employee recognition, and enhances the employee experience.Partner with People Experience to ensure that internal communications reflect the company's values and support organisational goals, focusing on enhancing communication to all staff.Content Development & Management:Oversee the creation of high-quality content that supports both marketing and People Experience initiatives, including blog posts, videos, newsletters, and social media updates.Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communication materials.Manage relationships with external vendors, including designers, writers, and agencies, to produce content that meets the company's standards.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with leadership, People Experience, and marketing teams to align communication strategies with business priorities.Act as a key point of contact for communication-related queries, providing guidance and support to various departments.Engage with external stakeholders, including media, partners, and industry influencers, to promote the company's brand and initiatives.Data Analysis & Reporting:Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, using data to optimise strategies and improve outcomes.Prepare regular reports on communication activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, employee engagement, and communication reach.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, People Experience, or a related field.Proven experience in a communications role, preferably with responsibilities spanning both marketing and HR.Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and internal communication strategies.Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience with social media management, content creation, and communication analytics.Preferred Skills:Experience working in both marketing and People Experience environments.Knowledge of employee engagement, change management, and internal communication best practices.Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for content creation, distribution, and analysis.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Why Nexon?We're an agile team and we encourage flexible working.
