Remote Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Bot Developer proficient in Botpress , Voiceflow , and Tidio , with expertise in building custom integrations.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing chatbot solutions that integrate with external services to drive exceptional user experiences and meet business objectives.
This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to conduct client interviews and design conversations tailored to different industries and roles.
Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interviews & Conversation Design: Conduct interviews with clients to understand their needs and design tailored conversation flows for various industries and roles.
Design Conversational Flows: Create user-friendly and engaging conversation flows for chatbots using the Botpress, Voiceflow and Tidio platform, focusing on natural language interactions.
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior, incorporating insights into the design of bot conversations.
Scripting & Dialogue Writing: Write clear, concise, and engaging dialogue scripts that reflect the bot's personality and ensure a seamless user experience.
Design & Develop Chatbots: Build conversational bots using Botpress , Voiceflow , and Tidio to meet business needs, focusing on both text and voice-based interactions.
Custom Integrations: Develop and implement custom integrations with APIs, third-party services, and databases to enhance bot functionality.
Conversational Flow Optimization: Continuously improve chatbot workflows to ensure intuitive and smooth user interactions, focusing on engagement and response accuracy.
AI/NLP Implementation: Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to enhance bots' ability to understand user intents and respond appropriately.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, developers, and clients to ensure the bots align with business goals and user requirements.
Testing & Debugging: Test, identify, and fix bugs or flow issues in chatbot systems, improving NLP accuracy and overall performance.
Must Have Skills & Qualifications:
Client Interviewing & Conversation Design: Experience in running client interviews and deep understanding of conversational design principles and best practices for both text and voice-based interactions.
Proficiency in Botpress, Voiceflow, and Tidio: Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining chatbots using these platforms.
Custom Integration Experience: Strong experience in developing custom integrations with external APIs, databases, and third-party services.
NLP & AI Expertise: Familiarity with NLP frameworks such as Dialogflow , Rasa , or Microsoft LUIS to build intelligent conversational agents.
API Integration: Experience integrating bots with RESTful APIs and web services for extended functionality.
Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for chatbot hosting and scaling.
Version Control: Proficiency in Git or similar version control systems.
Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile environment to develop and iterate on bot solutions.
Proficiency in English: Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with multi-lingual bots and voice-based conversational agents .
Knowledge of chatbot analytics tools to monitor and optimize performance.
Familiarity with Tidio-specific features for live chat and chatbot integrations.
Strong understanding of security practices for API integrations and data protection.
