Coxlease School is recruiting for an HR Administrator to join us to support our cluster of sites.
We are looking for an enthusiastic multitasker who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft OFFICE.
The successful candidate will be a solution-focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner.

HR Administrator duties include but are not limited to:
Establish close working relationships with managers and HR colleagues within the division.
Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of personal files and employment records in accordance with Group policy, best practice, and current legislation.
Co-ordinate, facilitate, and participate in local employee issues including interviews, investigations, and hearings ensuring processes and procedures comply with Aspris policies, employment legislation, and good HR practice.
Support with managing site recruitment.
Support with general HR administration.
Ensure the effective operation of administrative processes and procedures, recognising the importance of particular enquiries or issues and applying the appropriate prioritisation, seeking further guidance as required.
Respond to general telephone and email enquiries.
The successful candidate will be able to adapt to company systems and have a good level of English and Maths to fulfil the role.
