The exciting opportunity: Joint clinical responsibility of a 130 bed facility located 30 minutes South of Perth's CBD Position available due to retirement Focus on overturning two unmets - design, implement and review quality initiatives to meet the accreditation standards Manage and lead a team of clinical staff; providing clear direction, education and mentoring to create a culture where staff embrace job ownership Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement Develop positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes, and investigate and respond to feedback and complaints What makes this great: Be guaranteed a handover
