The Position Summary To contribute to the delivery of a world-class hospital service, the primary purpose of this role is to:
Consult and guide internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and evaluate effective, innovative and exceptional quality online content relating to Pathology.Reporting to the Digital Health Learning and Development team, this role is dedicated to the Alfred Health / Monash Health Shared Pathology Project (the project).
The project aims to deliver a shared Alfred/Monash Pathology service and will consider the benefits and risks of this venture.
Underpinning this project is the establishment of an operating model for the shared service.
A summary of the key responsibilities are to: Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation to conduct learning needs analysisUnderstand and contribute to the learning and development lifecycle to design and deliver engaging and innovative online content using adult learning principles and instructional design evidence-based methodologiesDevelop online content using the authoring tool Articulate 360, primarily Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise and implement in Alfred Health's Learning Management System (Totara)Communicate ideas for the improvement of online content creation and learner engagementInterpret subject matter and stakeholder requirements in relation to the design and development of online content and make recommendations and design choices to meet requirementsWe're looking for candidates with suitable qualifications and experience as outlined in the attached position description.
