An immediately available opportunity exists for a communicative and creative Instructional Designer to join a leading financial services firm. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract which may extend.

This business is embarking on an exciting change and is introducing a newly created role for an experienced Instructional Designer to join the team. This is a great opportunity for you to be a part of a period of growth and showcase your design skills.
Description
The primary areas of focus of this role are to work with key stakeholders to design and develop learning programs that will support the rollout of new business processes and technology.
You will lead the design and development of training and onboarding programs for the organisation. This involves being creative and designing high-level concepts which are consistent with identified needs and quality/accessibility standards.
You will have: Previous experience as an Instructional DesignerDemonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning programs and initiativesProven skills and experience in instructional designWell-developed technical writing skillsSound organisational, analytical, and planning skillsHigh level oral and written communication skillsHigh level computer literacy and experience in using general PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate (highly desired)Benefits: Flexible & hybrid working12 month FTC15% superannuationAccess to subsidised financial advice+ moreIf you would like to apply, kindly apply now and direct your application to Sarah Roberts or email at ******.
