As the Student Retention Officer, your role involves proactively engaging with specific student groups to deliver targeted and effective support.
You will facilitate students' access to both administrative and academic support services, while also coordinating with health and wellness resources when needed.
The primary goal is to ensure that each eligible student successfully completes their academic journey with comprehensive, tailored assistance.

About you
A relevant qualification coupled with appropriate experience, or extensive experience and specialist expertise in supporting people with diverse needs.
Demonstrated excellent administrative and time management skills with aptitude and capacity to learn software packages, databases and systems relevant to student support.
Demonstrated ability to relate well to colleagues and students from diverse and often disadvantaged backgrounds.
