Nobody structures and executes refinancing, investment, SMSF lending, and construction finance better than us.

Reporting directly to the GM and CEO, we are looking for a true leader who can drive the operational part of the business and explore new and exciting areas that have been untapped.

About the role: The Brokerage Manager position is critical to our operation; you will be at the forefront of driving financial excellence within the Brokerage/finance division of our business.
Leading a dedicated team of 5 Brokers, 1 Broker Support Officer, and 2 external Loan Processors, you will focus on leading collaboration between the finance and sales teams, ensuring smooth property finance deal closures to hit our financial goals.
You will also be responsible for creating and upholding the proper use of our financial systems and applications across the finance team.
Job Details and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)
Lead and drive the operational strategy for the Broker & Broker Support team to ensure achievement of annual company KPI's.Lead the expansion of the finance division, with the goal of increasing the team to meet the business's operational goals.Work closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager to align financial strategies with company sales objectives.Assist all Brokers with complex deal solutions when needed and up-skill them for future solutions.Oversee the finance division's involvement in property finance deals, ensuring clear and constant communication is maintained.Liaise with the head office administrative team and broker support team to ensure adherence to deadlines for finance approvals.Proactively address potential issues to avoid delays in deal closures.Identify and assess financial risks associated with property finance deals.Generate regular reports on the finance division's performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Foster a collaborative environment among the Brokers, Broker Support team & Head Office team.Work with HR and the General Manager on recruitment, training, and onboarding.Professional Attributes Strong passion for finance and real estate with a can-do attitude.Proactive and forward thinker.Able to work autonomously but also inspire and lead a team.High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines.Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.Reliable, and always available when the team needs you.Experience working towards targets and KPI's.Must Have Minimum of 5+ years' experience in finance.Extensive experience with investment and construction finance.Own or have access to a car.Good presentation and a professional demeanor.Experience as a Broker Development Manager is highly regarded.About Us Real Estate Investment Finance is an exclusive finance and property group helping others achieve the dream of owning and building wealth through property.
