In this role, you'll:
Join the Commercial & Supply Chain team and be accountable for managing all SAP Material Master Data used within our Engineering & Maintenance branch.
You will lead and manage a team of three Material Data Coordinators.
This highly analytical role will see you stabilise and improve material master data transitioned into SAP, manage the business data requirements for a range of complex internal and external stakeholders, and lead continuous improvement for material master data quality and processes.
You're an enthusiastic individual with extensive experience in material data management, where you've been required to utilise SAP or equivalent tier 1 EAM/ERP systems.
You have a deep functional knowledge of Materials Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning and Plant Maintenance modules.
Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning would be well regarded.
You have solid knowledge of SAP data tables for data extraction and validation, SAP Material Master maintenance transactions and extensive experience in master data management of enterprise wide assets (including the use of AUSLANG).
You want to be the subject matter expert on all things Material Master Data in Sydney Trains, you have the ability to lead and mentor a team, you value detail and accuracy and you can demonstrate strong analytical skills.
You are self-driven, able to work autonomously yet work well with others.
