The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal leadership role offers significant scope for an experienced operations professional to make their mark.
You will:
Take full ownership of site operations across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, warehousing, and logistics Lead strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and profitability Drive the optimization of ERP systems and digital transformation Build and develop high-performing teams through meaningful engagement Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement What you Bring
We are seeking an accomplished operations leader with:
Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably within food manufacturing Strong technical acumen with demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing ERP systems A degree (or equivalent) in a technical or operations-related field Track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives Outstanding leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop teams Commercial sophistication to manage budgets and drive financial performance Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels What We Offer
