Client Relationship Manager

The role The Client Relationship Manager - Corporate will embed themselves in the Corporate accounts to develop deep relationships to retain the account and uncover growth opportunities. You will be the lead point of contact for all corporate client matters, anticipate the client's needs to help the client succeed. You will also have a key role in contributing to the development of Law in Order's Corporate Industry strategy and expanding our share of the sector by finding new corporate clients.
Responsibilities Own account planning and be the lead point of contact for all corporate client matters, anticipate the client's needs, ensure deadlines are met to help the client succeed.Develop and build deeper and broader relationships within the Corporate accounts to uncover new opportunities.Respond to tenders for supply for expansion of services and clients.Negotiate contracts with the client, draft proposals, tenders and cost estimates for client opportunities.Maintain an active rolling pipeline of opportunities.Adapt the sales pitch to customer needs and persona.Lead and drive the coordinated sales pitch delivery with the extended sales team and engage Law In Order's advisory and experts.Monitor and maintain the status of opportunities in the Sales Force (CRM) system, following the principles of forecasting.Organise educational programs such as seminars for clients which may involve subject matter experts.Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and seek feedback from clients for post service delivery to ensure all requirements were met.Keep abreast of current affairs and upcoming litigation.Interstate travel may be required from time to time, to visit interstate clients to develop relationships, win new business or represent Law In Order at events or conferences.Who we are looking for We are looking for a proven, self-starting individual who loves bringing in new business as well as maintaining existing clients. You will be experienced in meeting and exceeding revenue targets through consistent sales strategies and forecasting practices.
Experience Prior Sales and Business Development experience with a direct customer service focus – essential.Positive attitude and hunter mentality.Ability to work in a high pressure, customer facing role.Proven track record in Solution Sales / value-based selling – essential.B2B Sales experience - preferred.Strong negotiation skills and the aptitude to partner with all levels of the business.Excellent written and verbal communication in English – essential.A background in selling SaaS solutions – ideal.Prior experience in Salesforce (or similar) CRM software system - ideal.A strong network in the Australian corporate sector - ideal.
