As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our client interactions, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term success.
You'll manage a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and executing tailored implementation solutions that exceed expectations.
The successful candidate will: Build & Strengthen Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients implementing investment recommendations, cultivating trust and loyalty.Manage Accounts with Excellence: Oversee account activities, resolve inquiries, and ensure seamless service delivery.Collaborate & Innovate: Work with internal teams to enhance offerings.What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven success in client relationship management or a customer-facing role with a financial planner or financial services company in Australia at a SENIOR level.Thorough knowledge and expertise of Xplan is essential.Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to listen, engage, and articulate value and technical matters effectively.Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in addressing client needs.Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and a drive to contribute to a thriving workplace culture.Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.Relevant Tertiary qualifications.Why Join Us?
