About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Project Manager to join the Office for People and provide high-level support to the "Build Pay Confidence" Program.
This is an exciting and varied role, where you will be at the center of ensuring the smooth coordination of project deliverables and pay confidence initiatives.
The Project Manager is an integral member of the program team, providing leadership with the co-design of the University's building pay confidence program and is responsible to drive successful implementation of the program and any remediation work required.
The position will be required to understand and contribute to the change management processes of the University, as well as working with business units and schools to create, adopt and adapt to the new model.
The position will also provide high-level support to the Senior Program Manager by assisting in drafting key communication documents such as executive papers, change proposals and plans, reports and presentations for senior staff and various stakeholders.
Relationships will be at the heart of your success.
You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, building trust and fostering collaboration.
Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, deliver clear and concise communications, and manage competing priorities will be essential in achieving program outcomes.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 30 September 2026.
Campus location is negotiable, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone with a relevant postgraduate degree in human-centered service delivery or equivalent business experience in such fields as project management, accounting, auditing, assurance or payroll compliance.
You will bring a proven ability to manage complex improvement projects in an agile way.
Your written and verbal communication skills will be exceptional, allowing you to prepare high-level documents and articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Experience managing complex change projects with a people focus is beneficial.
An analytical mindset to tackle data analysis and interpretation tasks is highly regarded.
