Own the opportunity: Right now, we are seeking a National Account Manager to join our Consumer Sales Team. Reporting into the Customer Business Manager (Family Care) working on the Woolworths account, you will be accountable for leading the execution of our family care business.
You will be responsible for designing and executing plans which align with Woolworths category strategy, as well as KCA's category and brand strategies to exceed net sales targets within a set trade spend budget. Further, you will lead the range and merchandising review processes and will be a passionate advocate for Woolworths within the KCA organization.
Through collaboration with your cross-functional team, you will also develop shopper activation plans to help unlock category growth opportunities. Using data to understand, interpret and own customer/channel performance, you will take a proactive approach in quickly resolving any potential challenges to achieving objectives.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager or Account Executive who is passionate about progressing their career and keen to step up into a more senior, and critical, role within a key strategic category and account for KCA.
This role is based in North Sydney.
Further Responsibilities include but not limited to: Development, analysis, implementation and management of the customer and promotional plans that best achieve volume and NSV budgets by productCollaborate with Woolworths replenishment contacts to maintain accuracy of sales forecasts. Work cross-functionally with demand planning and ISP stakeholders to manage stock movement across own, and retailer networks to maximise promotional plans/activationsIdentify, along with the Customer Business Manager, opportunities to tailor KCA's strategy to better align with Woolworths category vision including but not limited to recommendations around pricing, promotions, range and differentiationYou will assist in the development and delivery of KCA range reviews within the Family Care categories and will be required to leverage category management principles, space planning tools and other applicable resourcesContribute to improvement in the way KCA and Woolworths collaborate together through developing trusting relationships quickly, being highly proactive, and responding to all requests in a timely mannerAbout You Ideally you are a university graduate with a degree in Sales, Business or related, and have at least 3 years of relevant experienceIn one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.You are currently working within FMCG and perhaps considering a move into consumer sales or currently in a junior Account Management or Account Executive role seeking your next role to further accelerate your career growth and professional development, ideally with experience within the grocery channelYou hold great financial, budgeting and forecasting skills together with an appreciation and understanding of category management principles. Experience using systems such as IRI Aztec, trade spend management tools, Quantium suite, and Microsoft Office programs will also be highly regardedYou have demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders cross functionally, and are able to articulate and identify business priorities, drivers, risks, and opportunities.You are customer focused; as we put the customer at the heart in everything that we do, you will be passionate about building collaborative and trusting relationships quickly, coupled with basic influencing and negotiation skillsWhy Kimberly-Clark Australia?
